At HB Sports Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Log into your HB Sports account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all documentation and accessories are included to avoid any restocking fees.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
